VirtualBoxからVMの画面を表示させてみたらこんなのが出ている

仮想化支援機能(VT-x/AMD-V)というのがキーワードらしい
有効にする設定がないかどうか探してみたら
「システム」の「アクセラレーション」に「VT-x/AMD-Vを有効化」と
いうのと、「プロセッサー」に「Enable Nested VT-x/AMD-V」と
いうのがあった
「VT-x/AMD-Vを有効化」はチェックされてるけど
「Enable Nested VT-x/AMD-V」はグレーでチェックできない

Nestedのほうがどうも怪しい
VirtualBoxのHelpを見てみた

Enable VT-x/AMD-V: Enables Intel VT-x and AMD-V hardware extensions if the host CPU supports them.

Enable Nested VT-x/AMD-V: Enables nested virtualization, with passthrough of hardware virtualization functions to the guest VM. This feature is available on host systems that use an AMD CPU. For Intel CPUs, the option is grayed out.

Nested virtualizationはAMDのプロセッサでしかサポートされてないんだと
じゃEnable Nested AMD-Vって書いたらいいんじゃね？
いずれはサポートするってことかな

ともあれ謎はとけた
どうするかな
すっぱりあきらめてもいいけど
WindowsのVirtualBoxで複数仮想マシンを動かすってのもできそうな気はしている
手間が増えてるだけかもしれないけど
ちょっとやってみよう
